2 Carrots, 1 Parsnip, 1 desert spoon of pink salt,
pepper, 1 tsp of mild curry powder, 1 cup of Unseasoned Soup Mix, 2-3 litres of water,
Chopped Parsley, Serve with a Bread Loaf either homemade or store purchased.
Instructions: 1. Chop Vegetables and add them to a big pot with water, soup mix, salt, pepper, and curry powder. 2. Cook until all the vegetables are soft and are able to be mashed or blended 3. Chop Parsley and sprinkle on top
4. Serve with bread or chopped lightly toasted bread
Use any left overs for lunches. Or Freeze for another meal.
